...takes you on a frothy, mouthwatering local adventure around New York City’s surf and ethnic food scene through a diverse crew of women who share waves, meals and personal narratives that express the rich flavor of NYC's surf community and diverse immigrant heritage... reflecting just how yummy it is.

The film presents a rare view of New York City where the concrete jungle/city of dreams intersects with the vast richness of nature at its doorstep. The film also blasts the status quo representation of surf culture.

The New York City Edition is the first in a series that is currently being developed, that’ll take audiences around the globe. Original music by Shae Fiol of the Latin Grammy-winning group, Flor de Toloache. Film by Karen Song.
